I came back after Gloomfrost and with the help of the seer killed the Barbarian leader, here comes the problem, what next? Hjollder attacks me and so does basically everyone else in the camp...

Did you attack him while he was still "blue"
You have to wait till you see the Wyrm spirit leave his body, then the Wyrm tribe should start battling the other tribes. Naturally, you should side against the Wyrm tribe.
Otherwise, It might be some bug. THe shaman is not supposed to turn hostile.
