I'm about to start my third trip through IWD and I thought I would try some of the cheats except I can't get them to work. I have the patch and I get the dialog box but every time I enter a code it just says "nice try cheater". Anyone have any ideas?

I will not be heart broken if I can't get it to work ( except I HATE when things don't work the way they should) but I think some of those codes look fun.

<font color="white">Do you have Heart of Winter playing with Icewind Dale? The code changes when you install HoW. If not, then just make sure you are getting all the little characters in the command.
In fact, why don't you post us the command the same way you are trying to enter it. I wanna see for myself that you are getting it right.

Did you type Cheats=1 in one of the game files? I forget which file it is supposed to be in.

since you have how, and have activated the cheats with the config utility then you need to know the proper CLUA codes. remember that everything counts in them... caps, quotations, etc.</A>

just go there, download the cheat sheet. its the first item on the page. it's got them all.
