I was just wondering if Purvis the gravedigger was going to be a quest. Everytime I see him I think that there is more to him but I can't get him to do anything but act stupid, and nobody ever talks about him. Am I missing something?

If you talk to the little girl by the well she tells you more about him but not very much. It seems like there should be more but there isn't that I have found.

Nah, there's more to Purvis. Try casting detect alignment on him... what a shock... an actually evil npc in IWD. Anyway, Purvis ties into the whole assassination plot thing.

Yeah, going on with what Axterix said, Purvis is the TRUE assasin. Also, make sure you pickpocket him early on in the game, and if you want to <font color="yellow">cheese</font>, later on, because his gear 'respawns.'
