yes!! In the little store that you passed, before going over the bridge when you very first got to Kuldahar. she will also buy books & keys that you no longer need after quests.

IIRC you can buy scroll cases from the mage-tower in Kuldahar.

Haven't found a bag of holding yet (but would love to)!!

You can get gem bags and scroll cases in Kuldahar. There is no bag of holding but there will be after the downloadable expansion.
