I found Egenia, and the villagers. I believe I cleared the whole level, but I cannot find the way to the third level. Is there even one? I am lost

Yup, it should be in the bottom/left quarter of the map, in the area where the trolls were. It's sort of a spiral circle path thingy. In the center is the door down to the next level.
