I am in the process of getting my butt kicked in what I thought was the final battle (at least according to the walkthrough I read). Now I just read a post about facing a dragon and a bunch of priests in the final battle. Is there another battle after you defeat that demon dude and his to iron golem sidekicks?

Well, I finished a long time ago, but I don't remember anything past the fight you are talking about. I may be wrong, or just not remembering right. Heck, at this point I can't remember how to get the captives out of the dragon's eye cavern. Hope I helped a little.
