I don't know anything about Heart of Winter, because I don't have it. So you may well be able to do it in HOW, but I'm talking about IWD. I've seen, in many screenshots, a larger resolution than what IWD defaults at, although I cannot find anything in the configuration. Is there a way to change the resolution in IWD, or had I just seen screenshots of Heart of Winter? Thanks.

Far as I know, you have to have HoW installed to play IWD at different resolutions.

Axterix is right. Once HOW is installed, you can change the resolution under options.

HOW will add almost the same options as in BG2, ie you can set the resolution to either 640x480 or 800x600 or even (not supported but available) 1024x768 and up to 1600 something in resolution.

More new features, like scroll cases, potion bags, 3:ed sneak attack rules, and some new items and spells.

This and some new areas are what you get with HOW, a real facelift to IWD..

I don´t know if there is possible in any way to get the resolution to change any other way in IWD, not any I know of sofar..
