I let Marketh go in exchange for all his belongings and magic items, but I never received his badge. Is there any way that I can find him again or get his badge? He disappeared and and his badge is nowhere to be found.

Look at in the inventory for the character that's talk to Marketh...should be there...

Another thing to check: If your character's inventory is full, then items gained will be dropped on the ground. You might try looking for dropped items on the floor of Marketh's room.

Thanks for your responses. I think my inventory was full but I looked everywhere and still cannot find it.

If you don't have the badge in your inventory and can't find it on the floor you either have to load a saved game file from before you talked to him and talk to him again that way or you could always use Dalekeeper or perhaps some other program to add the badge to your inventory.
