Can I change resolution of the game and where?

I know there must be somewhere in reg or ini files

There an exe in the game dir that allows you to alter setup. However max resolution in IWD is 800x600, not as high as BG2

You sure? I hate to say it, but I've got IWD:HoW set to 1024x768. It may not go higher than that since the higher resolutions are grayed out for me, or on the other hand it may be my video card, although out on my desktop, Windows lets me go up to 1280x1024.

Anyways, in HOW you can set the resolution higher than in IWD, you get similar options as BG2.

g00die - There is an option in config, I will check tonight and get back to you on exactly where it is.

Khanar - Accord is correct, HoW allows higher resolutions than IWD. As HoW winter isn't out here until Friday I don't know much about it. If you install HoW before completing IWD, does it mean you can play IWD in 1024 res?

Yes - I was playing IWD a 2nd time through and was halfway through when I installed HoW. You gain the bonus of having drop-away interface panels and also the higher resolution in IWD before you evern get to HoW areas. Made me happy (and also slowed down my computer http://www.tgeweb.com/ironworks/cgi-...les/tongue.gif).
