When I tell my group or a single char to do something, ANYTHING, I don't get a response. I think I used to in ID proper. I have the feedback settings set to the most often. All other sounds work, including, combat, spells, music, environmental audio, and the movies. Any ideas?

Try going into the character stat screen and choose "customize", then reassign the sound script to a character, see if that helps.
