I just bought IWD, and when I start the game, I leave the bar and go into Fishmongers. When I come out, everyone tries to kill me! I get attacked by the bartender, the town leader, and some villagers! HELP!!

Don't go in the fishmongers! -- doctor it hurts when I ....
No just kidding what is your alignment? I have never tested to see if having Chaotic evil characters are any more or less prone to getting attacked. Might be something to look at before you assume its a bug.
