A can't find damn fourth piece of astrolab machinery (Shaky hand or somthing like that is name of this elf fort). I got one from north, one from south and one from east tower. Where to look?

Severed hand perhaps Lets see have you looked down stairs on level one, northeast corner. You have to be on level two to get there. Going down the righthand ramp on the other side of the tree trunk you come out.
Hope that gives you a good start.
