Does anyone know where I can find the holy water and seeds needed to finish two of the Severed hand's quests... I found the holy water one time, but I forgot to save and I don't remember where I picked it up at...

I'm in Dorn and have found pure water and seeds which I think are for the quest I remeber the water and I found it in the tower with all the priests or clerics and with the lady and the pools. I used the holy water to help her pools and couldn't try it for the other quest. I think the pure water and seeds in Dorn are for it. Also does anyone know if this subquests reward is worth it?
