I am new here, Just started the game and was wondering has anyone managed to roll 84pts or higher for a Paladin?

Also does the game have Gauntlets of Dexterity, where can I find or buy it?

Can anyone help please.

I just did a paladin with 95 points points. That´s 5 for intelligence and 18+ for everything else.

The hint book lists Gauntlets of Dexterity, so presumably they exist. The hint book is very good, but not 100% accurate about items. I've not found these gauntlets in four times through the game. But of course, there are lots of things in the game that I haven't found.

There is a potion you can find (and I have) which trades -1 str for +1 dex. I used it on my tank dwarf, so he got to 18 dex. The -1 str just moves you to the next lowest group of 18/xx strengths, so it's not a bad str hit. I think he lost 40 pounds carrying capacity and 1 damage bonus. Dunno if it's worth it, but I did it anyway.

I have rolled a paladin with 96 points, and the pre-rolled paladin has 92 (if I added correctly). The pre-rolled paladin is quite playable, although I didn't like the fact that she has no skill in any ranged weapon.

P.S. My Paladin can kick your Paladin's arse!
