Really how do I find him and make him use the heartstone gem???!?!? I got all four pieces of the machinary and I have killed all the creatures in the building.

I know he is in Labelas tower but how do I find that tower? I have no idea where it is!

Go up Fighter Tower (the one on the right)
on the second or third or fourth floor there's a door exit to left to a bridge,
the bridge goes to magic tower!!
