could you guys help me please? , i cannot download the newest patch for icewind from interplay, i have tried for a week everyday and i don't know why...

I use Gozilla to download files and had a similar problem. I uninstalled it an used the built in download client for IE5 and it worked fine.

Perhaps worth noting that if you're using Gozilla you can hold down the ALT key when clicking on a download link to bypass Gozilla.
