Where in Easthaven do I buy blank scrolls?

I don't think you can buy scrolls until you get to Kuldahar in Chapter 1.

Doh! Replied again on accident. BTW why would you want a blank scroll? If it didnt have anything iscribed on it it would be basically worthless. Much like a blank piece of paper.

He's thinking of writing his own spell scrolls, I think. If you could write your own scrolls that would be more spells you could cast in addition to the ones you memorize.

Of course, you can't do that in this game.
