I have talked to the 'real' Arundel, but I still can't travel to the severed hand - HELP!!!

Try to travel. A world map would appear. It is highly probable that you forgot to scroll down the world map (you can scroll it via the arrows next to the globe). Scrolling all the way down, you would see the Severed Hand of Seldarine...beware...
