How do u beat false Pomab?

never mind.I just beat him.

Once Pomab casts Mirror Image (and you can't stop him, I think) you have to hit the real Pomab to get the false images to disappear. One hit on the real Pomab makes one image vanish. Once the images are gone you can take care of him. You can tell which is the real one because he talks, taunting you. Look for the floating text.

The guards wanted to attack my mage so I put him in Otiluke's Resilient Sphere right away. The guards keep attacking the Sphere, even though they can do no damage. This leaves the rest of the party free to concentrate on Pomab. The guards are otherwise very difficult. They regenerate like trolls do, but there is no way to finish them off -- except that they die automatically when you kill Pomab. Or maybe you can manage to gib them. I don't know.

Electrical resistance is extremely helpful, of course. Pomab is using a wand of lightning.

I agree with sibley. Ensure that you have enough potions of electrical immunity for the whole party and it's pretty easy. When one character is being chased by all the monsters it's not a bad idea to let them all chase that character, while your other ones hack into them. It's especially good when there is a large table or other object to run about. I doubt that i am the first person to try the aforementioned tactic becuase it also worked well in BG. Cheers....
