Okay, I'm trying to get the sea charts for Medas in Ugolths beard. I have to go to the Merchant's Legue, BUT THE DOOR IS IMPERVIOUS TO SPELLS!!! I've dun it before, but have forgotten! How do I get in?

You don't go to the ML HQ

You must go to the counting house which is located in the lower part of the NE-sector of BG (hope you can understand these directions)

Correct. Mendas specified the Merchant League Counting House as the place to go for the Sea Charts. And don't hurt yourself banging your head on the door of the Merchant League HQ: The only person who can open that door is Aldeth Sashenstar, and from the sound of it you either pissed him off or outright killed him.
