currently on level 3 of WK. exited the keep and went to my pocket plane. tried to talk to cespanar and it gives me the cant initiate dialog, cespanar appears to be busy. tried sleeping and stil no avail. anyone heard of this before?

There is a known bug in BG2 & ToB regarding the Windows XP operating system that causes that message to show up on many ocasions. Install the most recent patch to get rid of it. It worked with me. Best regards!

make sure you install both the ToB Official patch AND the ToB Fixpack.

note: you don't need the SoA patch if you have ToB.
