Your team is pretty well balanced (mage, thief, druid, fighters) so you shouldn't have to many problems ( You could try to dual-class Imoen since you have Monteron to handle the thiving duties)

A when you finish this game try taking diffent NPC's along - just remember where they are so that you can find them again

you will run into other characters who will want to join your party, choose the ones that you want to have in your party. if you want i can tell you some of the locations of other NPC's.

To let you know, it's best not to have characters that are of such varying alignments. Because your character is evil, Imoen won't be happy with many of your decisions. I would seek out shar-teel (not sure where she is) and Edwin(in Nashkel), to replace Khalid and Jaheira. I'm not sure where you could find an evil cleric...

It's actually pretty fun to have a mixed alignment party. They complain, fight, and moan. Very fun banter...

Viconia is an evil cleric.

Don't worry about having a great team--yet. Just play and see what happens. If you get your butt kicked, just Reload and try something different. It's a sobering experience that we all have to go through. As long as you've got a Thief, a Priest (Cleric or Druid), and at least 3 Fighters (one of which is practically invincible), you can't go far wrong.

Be warned that there are certain party members that simply will not get along with other party members for more than a short length of time. Also, be warned that playing an Evil party is not the easiest way to start out a new game. But keep going, and see how you do. I think I started about 15 games (that's 15 different main characters) before I finally beat the thing.

1) Party balance
2) Never run out of Healing Potions
3) Don't be afraid to turn tail and run
4) Do sidequests to earn EXP and find cool items
