Dirty Meg, just for a lark, you might try playing counter-stereotypical PCs. Like, for instance, an Elven Barbarian or (mildly Shadowkeepered) Half-Orc Bard.

My first character was a half-elven barbarian... can't say I didn't do something extravagant on my first try, now can you ;)

Nice work, Meg. That Aerie sure can handle herself, eh?

I'd suggest you try gimping yourself next time you play, start BG1 with all your stats at 10 or there abouts, or how about limit your stat point's to a max of 10 per stat, so for a druid who has to have a wisdom of 14 or so you'd have to take 4 off the other stat lines..

just an idea, can be quite fun.
