How the hell do I kill magic golems? I haven't found them listed in a single bestiary on the net. Getting irritated now. I've tried all my regular weapons, magic and mundane, and magic. NOTHING WORKS! Fortunately, it doesn't seem to be able to hurt me much either.

You don` fight Magic Golems with magical weapons my young grasshopper but with normal (un-enchanted) weapons.

BLAST! I hadn't realized +1 weapons are still considered magical.. God, talk about stupid. No wonder all these fire giants were randomly carrying around six clubs and a dagger >_< thanks!

Those nonmagical weapons are well and good, but do you happen to have Jahiera in your party, or perhaps a druid PC? Sword spider form takes those pesky magic golems out right quick, and there's no irritating weapon swapping, either.

Edit- And yes, finding caches of normal weapons can be a hint, and another handy thing to randomly find before an encounter like that is a small book written by Elminster. You'll find several of them scattered around ToB, and they cover some of the new enemies you need special tricks to fight. I believe it's named something like Elminster's Compendium, Appendix (roman numerals).

I think its Elminster's Ecologies, but I may be wrong. Also contains tips on other Watchers Keep monsters.
