The guard in front of Mateo's cell says he will open the door but it never unlocks, same with the apparation in the jail cells!! is this a bug?! i have the official patch but is there a newer one?

The door should open, so try talking to him again. If it doesn't work, then use control+j to jump into Mateo's cell to talk to him and then control+j to get back out (and your cursor should be where you want to land when you use control+j)

I figured out the problem, it was because Valen was in my group and he likes gets all made at her cause shes a vampire and then we have to kill him. SO i did it the cheap way and let him turn hostile and just tried to avoid him. IT seems that valen is alota trouble, is there any other good theif MODS out there?
