Ever since installing ToB, i'm having issues with people who seem to be busy whenever i try to initiate a dialogue. Mostly i can bypass it by leaving the area, go back, and try again. But trying to talk to Cernd, in his prisoncell in Trademeet appears to be impossible. Does anyone have any idea what's causing this ? Is it a common bug after installing ToB, cause it never happened before i installed it.

If yes, is there a patch that fixes this ?

Or just check icelus's compiled list of mods in the SoA forum (it's a sticky post) that lists both the ToB official patch that you need and the ToB Fixpack
