i'm currently tempted to reinstall diablo 2 again, i've already played through a few times, just wondering what the 'most fun' (in terms of character interactions) party build is.

Erm, I'm assuming you meant "Baldur's Gate 2"

Jan is a must, first and foremost.
Haer'Dalis is slot #2.
Minsc is funny as well.
Viconia has some amusing interactions with Minsc and Jan both, as well as Nalia, who interacts well with Jan.
(I can't remember having Nalia and Minsc at the same time... though I imagine they get along quite well. Where's the fun in that, I wonder)
So you have:
PC
Jan
Haer'Dalis
Minsc

Two left to fill. I might suggest Viconia, as a matter of personal preference AND party balance, and... Hmmm....
PC
Jan
Haer'Dalis
Minsc
Viconia (Maybe)

Erm... Someone help me out? Please?

it really depends on who you consider fun...do you like mazzy??? even tho i can't stand her, some people like her...i can't stand haer, for example...vico is fun...her tough, sharp edged sense of humor, i like it...some people can't stand her...maybe korgy??? his bloodthirsty, cynical view on life makes some people laugh...i do...

Oh, thats easy to fill. Edwin, of course!(though ive heard Minsc and Edwin might have a problem with each other...)

Illumina Drathiran'ar 01-11-2004 03:11 PM

THAT'S it, Edwin. Thank you, I know I was forgetting someone... And so what if they have a problem with each other? Insults are funny too. That's why I enjoy pairing Viconia with Valygar.`

I personally have a thing for gruff dwarves, so Korgan is a pleasing character. I like the accent, choice of words and basic personality of Korgan :D

Q'alooaith 01-12-2004 06:29 PM

Edwin is a must... thaty winged elf lass can be good if you've got viccy in the party, she also banter's with edwin, which for a change he seam's to lose..

Illumina Drathiran'ar 01-12-2004 07:15 PM

Ehh, Viconia's just downright cruel to Aerie, there's no art in that insult. She rips her to shreds without subtlety or anything.
