I've killed everything on the Watchers keep, level 4, heard rumors (from dragons and elsewhere) that the item I need to break through the glass is in the north with the mind flayers, but can't find it (anywhere).

Did some mind flayer drop the item behind a column or whatever and I simply can't find it, or is there a twist I don't know about?

Argh! Does anyone know where the crystal mallet is?

Not in any sensible order. (Ah ha! Is the Mind Flayer with the crytsal mallet hiding within?!)

I have the tinder box and three colored oils, but I either (1) do not have the clue as to the color order or (2) have the clue but am too dense to figure it out....

I guess the question I SHOULD be asking is what is the fire order (and what was supposed to clue me in to it?) Thanks!
