im having trouble doing this, any ideas?

Since they're only small folders, I believe less than 500k, save them to floppy, or even try e-mailing them to a friend, and have them e-mail the files back, cd-rw, LAN. Lots of ideas, depends if you have the means at your disposal

You should also make sure the computer you're moving the files to has the same version of the program and patches.
