You need the three keys to unlock the imprisoned one. I have two, working on the third in the fifth level to get key three.

IIRC.

Each pillar spits out a different coloured globe related to that pillar. "Green" pillars spit out green globes, and so on and so forth. Use the LAST globe from each pillar to put in the center container to proceed.

You can keep the other Globes, as they have some beneficial effects (used like potions or scrolls)

O the big circles!!! ALL you do is put the circles n the pole that matches it color...i thought you where talking about some like huge PUZZLE...sorry i over reacted!!
