I've been reading that some people have PCs and/or NCPs with really high XP levels--40+. How do you do that? Do you solo or only take one or two extra people? I took a full party of six and played straight through SoA and ToB and my PC is still only level 25 or something. Just curious.

Soloing or reducing your number of party members is certainly one way. Doing every little quest and killing every single orc is the other. And then you can take the same character thru the game twice or more (cheesy, cheesy!). But it should be possible to reach high levels at least with pure class characters withouot cheese. Anomen (SIR Anomen it is) is always between level 35 or 40 in my games (without too much cheese).

You kill....kill lots of things, and as Mr (or Miss or Mrs )Azaghal said, soloing you can get rather large amout of experence with your character. Keep on playing through, and use Lum the Mads machine to keep giving you stat upgrades

It also depends on how many quests you do. For 40+ lvls you need XP CAP remover.

Soloing and you get realy high lvl easy.

Did u also remove the XP CAP remover in SoA?
If not that is probably y |
ToB with its respawning monsters can give you a lot of XP if you don't end a fight ASAP but stay until no more high rank monsters are respawned (examples inlcude the mercenaries in Amk. and the Derros in You-know-who's enclave.
