I just killed Irenicus went to ToB but i didn't get any new items or level up. Is it suppouse to happen like this? or did i not level by some weird bug? O well I'll keep leveling but I thought I was going to level.

Depends, if you have the Tactics Mod installed then you get 40,000 experience points for killing Irenicus. Other than that, you don't get any experience.

ok i was confused because when you start a new character you usually get all these items and lvl to 21 but o well

<span style="color: lightblue">If you start a new character in TOB, you`re put on the SOA XP Cap (3 million XP), and given some of the more powerful items you found in SOA, in a Bag of Holding. If you take a character all the way through SOA and go into TOB, you can quite easily have *more* than that, even with a party of 6.

If you played SoA with ToB installed there is no ~3 million xp cap. I finished Irenicus yesterday and I'm with nearly 5 million xp with 5 party members - four of five high levels rised in WK (the prince is alive but sealed).
