I'm trying to change my monks portrait to Balthazars, but he doesn't seem to have a large portrait, so I was going to resize the small one, but I couldn't find where the portraits are located. Could anybody help me? Thanks!

Portraits (and the great majority of other files) are stored in Chitin.key file. To extract them, you need WinBiff, Infinity Explorer or Near Infinity. Go to www.teambg.com and find links.
