IIRC, Imoen also gets a little STR/DEX boost and some minor Bhaalspawn abilities (Cure Light Wounds, etc...)

Actually, Ascension does not grant her those powers. ToB does. Ascension merely accelerates the process( same as it accelerates the Sarevock dialogues).
