Why don't the producers of mini-mods put in their read-me file the list of all the additions(items and such).
Anyway is Sola worth it. I heard he is immune to time stop. Maybe you guys can tell me some things about him (abilities tactics, etc). How about Valen???
Also in Jon Irenicus (recruitable in Redemption) better than Edwin???
Also some guides for other mini-mods like Ascension. I saw a forum, but no solid news (new items, quests, detailed if posible [img]smile.gif[/img] )

Mods usually bring a lot of items - it would be readmes would be large if every item was explained.

Most mods do not contain a list of resources modified because it is no longer necessary for you to uninstall them by hand! In the "old days" when most mini-mods where scripting enhancemenets from IEAIIS or whatnot it was customary to include a file manifest in the ZIP so that you could know what to look for in your override and detect conflicts by hand. More modern methods (e.g., WeiDU, TeamBG's mod switcher) mean that you do not have to pay attention to such things.

If you want to hack around in the resources (e.g., with Near Infinity) you can still use all of the standard methods (e.g., NearInfinity, "dir", etc.). But players who just want to "play" mods don't need to bother with file lists.

Sola is not, in fact, immune to Time Stop. He does have the drow standard magic resistance though (around 75%). I think he's worth it, especially if you're playing the game for a second time. He has quite a bit of good dialogue and a number of interesting quests/challenges. Why don't you check out the README file for that mod? It should contain pretty much all the info you need. Ditto for Valen.

I don't want to uninstall by pieces i just want to find out exactly what spells/items the mod has, 2 see how much it is worth, because most mods tell about the new story it brings and etc., but not very detailed about the items. Thks for Sola.

At one point, actually, Solaufein DID gain permanent immunity to Time Stop as a boon from Eilililililastraee. However, that's been toned down, I believe he now only gets it temporarily and in certain circumstances.

And I think most mod makers who are putting together a mod that's not just an "adds new items mod" don't bother documenting the items in great detail because they think the story elements are a lot more important to explain.
