Sorry I forget the location of most of those items but I do remember the location of the axe of the unyeilding it's in watchers keep level four on rock the minotaur.

Juggernaut Golem Page: Abazigal's Lair, at the end of the Eyeball Level

White Dragon Scales: Watchers' Keep, end of Level 3 (lying on the ground)

FoA Poison Head: In a pool of acid in WK Level 2
FoA Electricity Head: Loot from Abazigal
If you didn't complete the FoA+3, Cespenar won't be able to add the new heads. Guess you should have grabbed the Fire Head before accepting the Keep, huh?

Serpent Shaft: Loot in WK, either from Saladrex or from a Lich on Level 5

Liquid Mercury: Halfway through Sendai's Enclave

Ohh man, I had a feeling I should have got the head before I got the keep, that bites.

P.S.- The scales are LYING on the ground? Wow, I figured it'd be harder than that, no wonder I passed it up.

Whoa, whoa, whoa, the scales are at the end of the 3rd level? You sure? You know that's the MAZE level right? I'm there, and I don't see them lying around, or maybe I'm not looking hard enough, dunno.

White Dragon Scales - iirc (having just completed WK a few days ago) the scales are part of loot from an encounter with one of the 2 groups of demons.

Yeah, I'm sure it's the Portal Maze level where you find the WD Scales. It is indeed in a room with a big fight, but I don't think it's against the Tanar'ri or the Glabrezu; I remember finding them in the room with the Demon Wraith. Either they were dropped by a creature that left no body, or they were already lying on the ground when I got there.

Gangrell, if you went there, didn't see them, and then went back a day or so later, the Scales may have evaporated over time. Better scour the floors to make sure.

Demon wraith... You mean that guy that had those enslaved souls of adventurers fighting for him? No, didn't see the scales. But, I'll TRY to look again in some... far off future.

P.S.- I'm really inpatient, so I already fought off Demogorgon, and beat Amelissan, so the next time I go through WK, I'll check it out. Sorry guys.
