Hey guys, I'm from the SoA forum, but I just got ToB today and i'm stuck on something. I'm at the part where the spirit says if I get her and the fire giants heart, she'll remove his invulnerability, well, I found his heart, but what I can't find is HER heart. Where is it?

Oh yea, and one more thing. There's little kool imp dude in my pocket plane that says he can improve shiny objects. Was wonderin if you all could tell me what some of them were so I don't pass them up, if I haven't already.

Peace

The hearts are found in two locations.

One is on a firepit. This is the one you got. The other one is in his bed. Left of the slave woman.

*SPOILERS* (but then again, I think that's what you want )

"Her heart" (Nyalee's, btw) is in the same area/dungeon as Yaga-Shura's heart, only farther north. From the point where you got Y-S's heart (at the north end from where you fought Brennan & his buddies), you need to open the big doors in the NE/NW (though I'd suggest NE) of the lair. You may need one of the Potions of Fire Giant Str laying about the room to do so (if you get the message about needing to be stronger to open the door). The doors are big, but pretty obvious once you see them on the map (like I said, head to the far NE corner & you can't miss them... can't resist... further... spoil... Detect Traps when you head up there).

After you open the door, you will encounter a slave to Yaga-Shura (if you've gone NE, like I said). Play it out or ask for different spoilers on that...

When you get to the middle of the new area (i.e. open the big door, head N a bit, talk to the slave, then W til you're in the middle), there is a big (trapped) circle (hold down ALT if you need to) in the middle of the dais you should be standing on. Inside is Nyalee's heart, which is the crucial quest object.

heh - that's funny - this is the 2nd time tonight someone else has posted a quick Spoiler while I was typing out a very detailed Spoiler. Funny, yes, but also gave me a semi-legitimate reason to get my 50th post.

Note: Unless I say otherwise, assume the item costs 5,000 gold to make.

Also, several items (such as the String of Gond) are used in the
making of several items. This means you must choose which item
you want to upgrade, because once you upgrade one thing, you can't
do the other.

No problem m8. Credit should go to DSimpson anyway

A few tips Gangrell all the weapons and other things you see on the list that dont list location are assumed to be in Wacther's Keep. Also there are quite a few items that are a total waste of money. Bags and Quivers of Plenty for starters. Obviously if you don't have a Bard there is no reason to create the Bard's Gloves, If you don't have a paladin you don't need the Paladin Bracers. If you don't have a Ranger you can't use the Cloak of Montiolo. I mention this because my 1st time through, gold became a problem for me. It's important to have some of those 9th level spells and they are pricey.

On the contrary, these items can be incredibly useful. Infinite +2 ammo of the relevant type when upgraded. Buying +2 ammo will add up to way more that what these cost, and you can only find so much of it. Any character who uses a missile weapon semi-regularly will profit from this, and it cuts down on ammo management. Just keep some +3 or +4 ammo around for stuff thats +2 immune.
