I have been away from this game for a while, so I cant remember all the gear I should have. I have Imoen helping out my monk and kensai, and frankly she sucks.

I remember my solo sorc casting TS then improved alacrity, and then letting loose with almost every damn spell he had. This Imoen chick is lucky to get off 2 ADHW's and some magic missiles for change.

So I need any reduce casting time gear. Thx for any help.

You need the Robe of Vecna from deidre (bonus merchant) in the Adventurers Mart, and the Amulet of Power from Aran Linvail. I dont know how any mage could live without this gear.

Ring of Gaxx for regen and substantial Savig Throw an AC bonuses. Get it from Kangaxx.

Ring of Wizardry and Acuity (planar sphere) for more spells. I think they work on sorcs.

Dundees Sig. If you need to know sorcerors, hes probably the best out there.

Oh, and BTW, Imoen does not Suck.

Thx for the help with the items, and dont worry, me and Dundee go way back( pre-mod days :D ) and I have already soloed this game a couple of times once with a sorc, using a couple different spells then dundee took, but to each their own. And I can say quite easily that compared to any char I can make on my own, Imoen does indeed suck.

Blasphemy is right! if Imoen sucks so bad then how was she able to take out a Baatezu and an Adamantine Golemn BY HERSELF! (and the help of Dragon's Breath, Comet, and ADHW) :D

Yes, they do.

A Sorcerer doesn't need to improved his AC or saving throws.
Sorcerers are the masters of Magic - and Magic is all you need.
Protection from Magical Weapons and Spell Immunity are usually enough.
And of course, as someone once said - The best way to block a punch is not being there. ;)

For Mages and Sorcerers, AC and Regeneration is meaningless. If you getting injured, you are doing something wrong. One thing is for certain though... SPELLS are POWER.

More so - if you are getting even targeted, you are doing something wrong. ;)
