Cespendar can combine the Starfall Ore and Storm Star +3 into the Storm Star +5.

Not an exciting weapon, though.

On the fourth level of Watcher's Keep, there is The Machine of Lum the Mad. After finishing the level, use TMoLTM in the following way: medium lever, green dial, triangular button.
