I remember vaguely a mage telling me of some kind of lover she had that was supposed to be in BG. I can't recall his name but she was located near the Blade and Stars, (or the inn south of the Elfsong Inn). She was in one of the northern houses, but my question is this, where was the mage she wanted me to find?

He's in a house in the lower right corner of the first city map you enter after comming from the bridge.
