I have recently decided to do a Solo Sorceror. I thought I would post my many ideas online, and see if I can gain peoples approvals, and maybe some new ideas for my very enjoyable quest.

First, a "Mage Battle" tactic. Cast Shadow Door and Spell Immunity: Divination. A mage will see you but not be able to cast spells on you because you are only partially visible!!!! A cool tactic. (Note: They might cast stuff like Area of Effect "Fireball" next to you. This will still hurt!)

Second, cast Spelltrap and the Spell Immunity: Abjuration! They won't be able to dispell your Spelltrap with Khelbens Warding Whip, Spell Strike and the like. (Note: The might cast Ruby Ray of Reversal, this will dispell spells and it is Alteration!)

Third, cast Simularacum and then repeat tactic one and run away. Let the simularacum fight! Then, when it is dead, pounce and fight your enemies! Or even summon another Simularacum and cast Shadow Door again!

I these helped any new solo mages, and please post your tactics and ideas for my solo sorceror!

Thanks for reading.

Er... instead of wasting a spellslot on Shadow Door, just use the Staff of Magi and the Cloak of Non-Detection. An alternative tactic is the Misled exploit, whereby you hide the illusion out of the enemy's line of sight so that they cannot dispel your invisibility( this means 2 minutes of undispellable invisibility).

Simulacrum pales in comparison to Project Image.

A Mage/Sorcerer usually kills his enemies way before they get a chance to hack at him/her. As such, protection spells are not usually necessary, save a select few.

if ur a mage, that means that you are only capable of range attack (your major attack). try to understand this, "attack while the beholder cant see you"
