im in level three watchers keep.... the problem is when i come to the room with tahazzar he asks me to kill karashur in return he gives me theives hood + some xp.... if i go to karashur he asks me opposite tghing for same reward....

now i'd rather just kill them both, but if i do so will i be able to get thieves hood??... its costs 10000 gold +ring of invisibilty and antidote to upgrade it at cespenar and it gives immunity to poison and backstab and true seeing three times a day which i think is quite good for my thief ( i play a halfling CN thief)...

so my questions....

1) whose side i should take? or shhould i just kill both and if so will i get thievs hood?

2)how can i kill any of them? theyre so difficult...

Kill tahazzar, get the reward from Karashur and then kill him too. ;) Demons deserve to die.

How odd that isnt included in the loot from their bodies ...................

i did realize that killing them both gives you extra experience and money... do the massacre dance kiddo!!!!

he does say that he keeps 'many things' in his home plane..
i went through the shortest way possible to try the other way {start to obelisk to succubus to demon} and see if the other brute had a better offer than a hood, but he never trusted me to 'work' for him' and would attack me, so i just went with the hood and then that demon attacked me too...both dead plus a hood :}.
perhaps this an alignment issue where they will offer you different options depending on alignment..?

Oh yes..if you're of good alignment they just say "I smell the stench of good and justice on you" and fight you.

it's too bad they never made a reverse of the friends spell
whereby your highly reputed character could become horribly evil
i would liked to have seen what they may have offered me {in other situations as well}...i just don't have the gumption to go through the series as an evil aligned pc
and you can't beat the deals at the shops wielding the blade of roses and the ring of human influence hehe
