I have just began playing TOB. I'm currently in the city of Saradush, which is under siege. First i visited the tavern, and there was no problems, but now, i can't get anyone in the tavern to talk to me. Not even the barkeep.
It just says "xxx cannot initiate dialog"
What should i do?

Welcome to IW. This problem you describe is a common one and there is a patch for it at www.bioware.com. Shoudnt be too hard to find.

You've upgraded to Win 2000 or Win XP I would bet, right?
Need a patch to fix it. URL is indicated in the posting from Andrewas.
