In ToB you get a mace in the Githyanki section of WK. Take that and the starfall ore to Cespenar in your Pocket plane.

It's used to upgrade the Storm star +3 ( pull some levers on the fourth level of watcher's keep and you have it)
to the Storm Star +5, a pretty nice Mace. Just visit Cespenar once you obtained the storm star [img]smile.gif[/img]

Ahh yes! That's the mace..Sorry for the mis-info before..at least I knew it was a mace!!!
