I used the Helm of Opposite alignment on Viconia to keep her in my party...was wondering how Keldorn might react to wearing hte helm or what would happen...?

TO be honest I don't remember if I bought it or if I Shadowed it in. If some one says that it is not available in the game, then more than likely I shadowed it. It's been while since I played it, well, since TOB came out anyway...
