I just beat ToB last night, and I don't know what to say. I have a few questions for those that understand this fully.

a) Is Watcher's keep part of the storyline, or is it just a challenge subarea? I beat Mellisan thinking I could go back to WK, and beat the game dammit! Oh well, start again I suppose...

b) How many endings are there? I got ending three, but there should only be two options in your "place". Take the Throne or not. Help!

c) How do you change Sarevok's alignment? He stayed evil all the way through for me...

d) Can you upgrade the Staff of Magi?

e) Cespenar doesn't upgrade with Bronze Ioun Stone and Circlet of Nethril, and I have both. He says I need both. ???

-> well technically there are just two, you being human removed of the tainted blood and get on with your lfe, or be a god, take Baals place and be a thread to Cyric's reign

->Basically, most of your answers should give him hope, or a second chance, do this, it's okay.. try agreeing to his plan will not change his alignment

->maybe a bug.. but this I don't know...

b)There are three endings - good god, mortal and eviol god. Depending on your alignment you can have good or evil, and you can always have mortal.

e) Make sure both items are in your inventory and not in bags of holding or such. Try dropping one, talking to cespenar and then picking up the other. Failing that SK the items out and your upgraded item in.
