All right, I switched my archer off to the Tuigan short bow that gets 3 attacks per round. I figure you add the archers extra attacks and would get some serious firepower in theory. I was getting 3 attacks per round with the long bow. After using it I notice that I'm pretty sure I'm still only getting three attacks per round. Am I imagining things? Is this a max amount of attacks per round? What gives?

I noticed this too, with Sarevok ...
he had 5 points in two-handed swords, giving him 2 xtra 1/2 attacks ..
2 points in halberds,giving him 1 xtra 1/2 attack ..

But when i equipped the bracers that give you another xtra 1/2 attack,
his number of attacks was 3, wether with halberds or two-handed swords equipped ......

That is incorrect. Tuigan Bow gives you a base attack per round of 3. Grandmastery will enable you to fire off more than 3 per round. To check how many shots you fire per round, enable the autopause function for End of Round, then fire on something.

well, my dear old mazzy with the tuigan short bow, five points in short bow mastery and an improved haste cast over her did shoot arrows like she was wielding a machine gun. (and boy, did she say "this isn't working" a lot!)
