I'm trying to get to the second level in WK, but I'm not able to make the whole Book (Golem Manual), candle, and bell combination work. How does one 'ring the bell'? I click on the altar, and transfer the bell from the altar to my inventory and back. Is this how I 'ring the ball'? Also, how do I light the candle? Does 'open the book' just mean that you right-click the book while it's in your inventory? Any hints are greatly appreciated! Thanks

You need to place the bell and the candle into the altar and then fight the bad guys. Then you need to do the ritual.

You should have picked up a three pieces of paper that, when put together, contain the order of the ritual. Anyway I think (from memory)the order is:

Ring Bell
Ring Bell
Light Candle
Open Book
Ring Bell

When you put all three items in you fight a few of the statues then go back to the alter the Text will just run you through five questions the answers are :
1)Ring Bell
2)Ring Bell
3)Light Candle
4)Open Book
5)Ring Bell
After finishing the ritual you will have to fight the rest of the statues
