if so you get it off of saladrex on the 4th level of watchers keep

and you cant upgrade it until tob when you can access cespenar

if your loking for the staff thet will let you out of thet level, the gems are with some monsters, just kill them all, the guy with the cards will have the final gem, once you got the three they will assemble themselves...
