Anyway to skip a movie? my comp likes to crash during some of the sequences. Is there a key you can press or something to disable them?

Uh, escape? That generally works in other games.

Mr, er, Buttface, I find that hitting ESC four times let's me avoid the intro cinematics and opening logos leading to SoA/ToB. However, Interplay games have an irritating habit of disabling ESC directly after you install, to show you some....ugh...commercials. No way to get past that, short of running away from the screen.

clicking the mouse, pressing spacebar, esc, etc. will stop them.

just a thought, but you cannot skip dream sequences or sequences shown at the beginning of a new chapter. anytime you can see game stuff going on but don't have control, you just have to wait.
